Job Description

As a Rental Real Estate Advisor, you are a vital part of our team and take care of the day-to-day operations of our rental department.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting property viewings with prospective tenants
• Handling the administrative follow-up of rental files (drawing up rental agreements, check-in/check-out reports, transfer documents, etc.)
• Drafting inventory reports at the start and end of rental contracts
• Following up on active lease files
• Supporting the on-site syndic with administrative tasks and reporting
• Communicating with tenants

Your Profile

We’re looking for a motivated team member with a strong interest and/or experience in real estate.

• Preferably, you have knowledge of property legislation
• You can work independently as well as in a team
• You perform well under pressure and can meet deadlines
• You are flexible and willing to lend a hand when needed
• You have a solid knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English, both written and spoken
• You hold a valid driver’s license
