Our mission is to deliver transparent and efficient service to both property owners and tenants. To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a Syndic - Administrative Accountant who will be responsible for the financial and administrative follow-up of our property files.

Job Description

As a Syndic Admin, you play a key role in our operations. You’ll ensure smooth and accurate bookkeeping and administration across multiple properties under our management.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing the accounting for multiple properties/co-ownerships
  • Processing, tracking, and paying supplier invoices
  • Managing and following up on rental income
  • Monitoring overdue payments and outstanding balances
  • Preparing and reviewing annual reconciliations
  • Supporting the on-site syndic with admin tasks and reporting
  • Communicating with tenants regarding financial and administrative matters

Your Profile

We are looking for a precise and structured administrative professional with a strong interest in or experience with real estate management.

  • You are detail-oriented and punctual
  • You perform well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • You are organized and can manage multiple tasks
  • You have a genuine interest in real estate management
  • You are fluent in Dutch and French, both spoken and written
  • Experience with property management software is a plus (Odoo is a bonus!)

  • Verifying financial documents and archiving them correctly
  • Performing bank reconciliations and generating financial reports
